Each project is approached individually, taking into account the fabric, its age, and its condition. Rather than relying on a single process, we apply the method that is safest and most appropriate for the specific type of window treatment, guided by experience rather than expediency.

Exceptional Results.
Most work is performed in our workroom rather than in the home. The primary exception is motorized shades, which are cleaned on site, as well as certain lightly soiled drapery panels that can be refreshed and sanitized using our dry vapor steam process.
Clients receive straightforward, honest guidance about what makes the most sense for their specific needs.
If you are planning a renovation or painting project, we recommend contacting us early—before other contractors begin—so window treatments can be professionally removed. This helps prevent mishandling or damage by well-meaning but untrained workers.
