The best way to get started would be if you could send photos or a short video of your window treatments. Images are the most helpful way for us to understand the scope of what needs to be done.

If images are not available, we can always arrange to stop by for an on-site estimate.
If you are planning on painting or renovating and need your window treatments removed before a specific start date, please let us know as soon as possible so we can schedule accordingly.
It is always best to have NY Drapery Care take responsibility for removing the window treatments. This helps avoid possible mishandling by well-meaning but untrained contractors. Leave the window treatments to us so your contractors can focus on what they do best.
If there are water stains, pet stains, damaged or weakened fabric, or anything else of note, please include that information so we can address your specific concerns. Any background information you can provide is always helpful.
